All Sales Are Final
All purchases on Resume Tailor are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any reason, including unused credits.
Immediate Digital Delivery
When you purchase credits, you receive immediate access to our digital service. By completing your purchase, you explicitly consent to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal, including the 14-day cooling-off period provided by the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
Free Analysis Before Purchase
We offer a free resume analysis (match score and keyword gap) before any purchase is required. This allows you to evaluate the service before committing to a paid plan. We encourage you to use the free analysis to ensure the service meets your needs before purchasing credits.
Credit Expiration
Purchased credits are valid for 30 days after your most recent purchase. Each new purchase resets the 30-day period for all your credits. Expired credits cannot be restored or refunded.
Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged in error due to a technical issue (e.g., duplicate charge, incorrect amount), please contact us at support@getresumetailor.com within 7 days of the charge. We will investigate and, if a billing error is confirmed, issue a correction.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension of your account and access to the Service. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback we believe to be unjustified.
